Meet the Founder
Grady Cool, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
I founded this firm with a simple conviction: small business owners and investors deserve the same high-level financial strategy that ultra-wealthy institutions get, without the bloated corporate fluff or opaque fees.
After earning my undergraduate degrees in Finance and Economics and my MBA from Arizona State University, I honed my craft as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. While there, I saw firsthand how traditional firms isolate wealth management from tax preparation and day-to-day bookkeeping—leaving clients to connect the dots themselves.
I built an independent practice to fix that gap by combining four elite areas of expertise:

When I’m not analyzing financial statements or optimizing tax returns, you can usually find me playing with my dog, Honey, or reveling in the glorious art of picking up heavy things and putting them back down again. When time permits, I'm usually out searching for the next good scuba diving spot.
